L’ex componente degli N’Sync, che del gruppo ha ritrovato il produttore Max Martin, ha appena rilasciato il suo nuovo singolo, Can’t stop the feeling. Il brano è anche colonna sonora del film Trolls, nel quale JT – come spesso viene etichettato dai propri fan – recita al fianco di Gwen Stefani e Anna Kendrick.
Ancora incerta la data di pubblicazione del nuovo album dell’artista, che spesso viene paragonato a Michael Jackson, così come non è confermata la presenza di Can’t stop the feeling in tracklist. Il brano presentato per Trolls da Justin Timberlake si candida a essere un vero e proprio tormentone estivo, pronta a ricalcare il successo di Happy dell’amico Pharrell Williams, già colonna sonora di Cattivissimo Me 2.
Il brano, che sarà tema di Trolls della Dreamworks, è stato prodotto da Max Martin, vecchia conoscenza di Justin Timberlake poiché già in forze all’entourage degli N’Sync nel 2000, per la produzione di It’s gonna be me. Il cantante prenderà parte al cast del film insieme a Gwen Stefani, Anna Kendrick, Kunal Nayyar (Raj in The Big Bang Theory), James Corden, Ron Funches, Zooey Deschanel, Jeffrey Tambor, Russel Brand e le Icona Pop.
