Wake Up Call è il nuovo singolo di Antonino: “Un inno alla vita, il mio ritorno alle origini” (video e testo)

A due anni di distanza dall’ultimo album Nottetempo, Antonino è tornato con il nuovo singolo Wake Up Call, da oggi in rotazione radiofonica e disponibile su tutte le piattaforme streaming e in digital download.

“Wake Up Call è nata durante il mio anno passato A Londra” ha scritto in un post su instagram, “Giorno dopo giorno, settimana dopo settimana, ho scritto molti brani ispirato da tutto ciò che mi stava accadendo. Dalle voci straordinarie che cantano e incantano alla metro di Piccadilly Circus, alla standing ovation dei giudici sul palco di X Factor Uk”.

Antonino ha partecipato all’ultima edizione di X Factor Uk, ricevendo i complimenti dai giudici e dal pubblico durante i provini; un percorso e un sogno, però, terminati durante la fase dei Bootcamp in cui è stato eliminato. Rientrato in patria, adesso, è pronto per tornare alle origini come lui stesso ha dichiarato.

Wake Up Call, il nuovo singolo di Antonino, è un brano in inglese dopo i precedenti in italiano. Un brano che lui ha definito un inno alla vita, un ritorno a ciò che più gli assomiglia e lo emoziona. Ascoltandolo arriva la potenza della voce di un artista riconoscibile, ma anche la delicatezza dell’interpretazione mentre canta frasi come “It’s Called real Life, we’ll make it right”.

Prodotto da Luca Mattioni – attuale coproduttore di Emma, la quale condivide con Antonino un’amicizia di lunghi anni e anche il lavoro sul precedente album Nottetempo- Wake Up Call è, inoltre, la colonna sonora del romanzo Meet Me Alla Boa di Paolo Stella, direttore creativo del videoclip ufficiale rilasciato su YouTube.
