L’elenco delle nomination ai Grammy Awards 2019, da Lady Gaga a Taylor Swift

Ufficializzate dalla Recording Academy tutte le nomination delle varie categorie ai Grammy Awards 2019.

La 61° edizione della cerimonia, in cui verranno aggiudicati i premi musicali più rilevanti per ogni artista, andrà in onda il prossimo 10 febbraio allo Staples Center di Los Angeles.

I nomi dei candidati ai Grammy Awards 2019 avrebbero dovuto essere rivelati due giorni fa ma, come ha spiegato la Recording Academy (l’associazione di categoria americana dell’industria discografica) tutto è stato rimandato per rispetto del lutto per della scomparsa dell’ex presidente americano George H. W. Bush, scomparso lo scorso 30 novembre.

L’elenco completo delle nomination è stato comunicato quindi oggi 7 dicembre contemporaneamente al programma “This Morning” della CBS e in streaming audio su Apple Music e reso disponibile successivamente sul sito ufficiale della manifestazione.

Tra i nomi che compaiono più di una volta tra le varie categorie c’è sicuramente quello di Lady Gaga che, in coppia con Bradley Cooper e reduce dal film “A star is born”,, è in nomination per il “Record of the year”, “Song of the year” con la colonna sonora del brano Shallow, e infine per la categoria “Best pop duo”.

Per quanto riguarda le nomination per il miglior album dell’anno, in lista ci sono Drake, che è stato recentemente proclamato il re di Spotify per il numero di streaming raggiunti, Post Malone, H.E.R., Brandi Carlile, Janelle Monáe, Kacey Musgraves, e Cardi B. Tra i nominati alla miglior colonna sonora di compilation spunta anche “Call me by your name“, il fim diretto da Luca Guadagnino.
