I Red Hot Chili Peppers tra tributi e mimi in Go Robot: video e testo del nuovo singolo

I Red Hot Chili Peppers tornano in radio con Go Robot. Il secondo estratto da The Getaway arriva a oltre 4 mesi da Dark Necessities, singolo apripista del nuovo disco prodotto da Danger Mouse. Già girato anche il videoclip ufficiale, che sembra voler richiamare l’atmosfera de La Febbre del Sabato Sera.

Un Anthony Kiedes in versione Tony Manero si aggira per le strade della città in cerca d’ispirazione, mentre il sound del gruppo – il bassista Flea – è d’istanza dietro alla consolle. Il graffio stilistico del brano è ancora quello del basso di Flea, che ancora una volta ci riporta nel mondo del rock unico del ragazzacci californiani.

Il tour dei Red Hot Chili Peppers toccherà anche l’Italia, con 3 attesissime date previste per il prossimo autunno. Anthony Kiedes e i suoi saranno a Bologna l’8 ottobre prossimo all’Unipol Arena, mentre il 10 e l’11 si sposteranno al PalaAlpitour di Torino. Le date italiane hanno già fatto registrare il sold out. Le date di Berlino, alle quali ha partecipato anche il nostro Alessio Bernabei in versione inviato speciale, sono state il preludio di quello che sarà il live dei Red Hot Chili Peppers.
