Da oggi, venerdì 16 ottobre, è disponibile in radio e in digital download il nuovo singolo dei One Direction, Perfect. Estratto dall’album Made in the A.M., Perfect è il secondo singolo ufficiale dopo Drag Me Down, il terzo inedito ad essere rilasciato dopo il singolo apripista e la traccia speciale Infinity.
Perfect è disponibile in digitale su iTunes al prezzo di 1,29 euro, come gli altri brani già noti.
Intervistati dal Corriere della Sera a Londra, i 1D hanno raccontato alcuni dettagli sul nuovo singolo. Perfect racconta di un ragazzo che si sente perfetto per la sua donna dei sogni e l’ipotesi che Harry Styles l’abbia dedicata a Taylor Swift ha invaso la rete sin dai primi istanti.
A chiarire la faccenda ci ha pensato il diretto interessato, spiegando:
«È una canzone d’amore divertente, del saper vivere il presente. Non tutto deve essere serio e pensato»
Harry ha scritto il testo di Perfect insieme a Louis Tomlinson. Entrambi i ragazzi hanno rivelato di essere molto coinvoti nel quinto disco di inediti dei One Direction e di aver imparato, con il trascorrere del tempo, a scrivere e a mettere in musica le proprie emozioni:
«Col tempo abbiamo fatto pratica e questo disco segna un nostro maggiore coinvolgimento, ognuno di noi ha portato le proprie influenze. Però, alla fine, è omogeneo, non sembra una serie di cose diverse».
