Serie tv vincenti ai People’s Choice Awards 2016: la lista completa di titoli e attori

Come ogni anno i fan hanno decretato la vittoria dei loro beniamini: i People’s Choice Awards 2016 in scena a Los Angeles il 6 gennaio hanno celebrato i migliori film, la migliore musica e le migliori produzioni tv insieme ai loro interpreti e protagonisti con una serie di statuette assegnate attraverso il voto popolare via internet.

Poche le sorprese per questa edizione numero 42 del premio: The Big Bang Theory ha ottenuto ben 3 premi su 5 nomination, compreso l’ambitissimo premio come Miglior Tv Show, mentre Grey’s Anatomy ne ha conquistate 2 su 4, tra cui quello per la Migliore serie drammatica.

A mani vuote le altre due produzioni di Shonda Rhimes, Scandal e How To Get Away With Murder, così come le pur seguitissime Teen Wolf e The Vampire Diaries. Nessun bottino anche per Game of Thrones e The Walking Dead, entrambe battute nelle categorie Tv Show e Cable Tv Sci-Fi/Fantasy Show rispettivamente da The Big Bang Theory e Outlander. Quest’ultima serie, oltre a vincere nella sua categoria contro altri pezzi da novanta come American Horror Story e Teen Wolf, ha portato alla vittoria anche l’attrice Caitriona Balfe.

Jim Parsons e Melissa McCarthy si sono imposti come i migliori volti dell’universo Comedy, mentre Taylor Kinney ed Ellen Pompeo hanno sfondato in quello drammatico.

Person of Interest ha ottenuto la vittoria nella sezione Tv Crime su Bones, Criminal Minds, NCIS e Castle (quest’ultima serie ha visto premiati i protagonisti Nathan Fillion e Stana Katic), mentre Homeland è il Miglior show della tv via cavo.

In generale quello che emerge dai People’s Choice Awards 2016 è un panorama poco variegato in cui spiccano le vittorie di titoli ormai veterani della tv americana come The Big Bang Theory, Grey’s Anatomy e Pretty Little Liars, mentre tra le novità si impongono Supergirl, la pur criticatissima Scream Queens e John Stamos e Priyanka Chopra.
