A X Factor 10 l’inedito dei Soul System è She’s Like a Star (testo): una bomba anni ’80 che “spacca”

Nel corso del settimo Live Show di X Factor 10 è arrivato il momento dell’inedito dei Soul System: She’s Like a Star è il primo brano del gruppo veneto, scritto e musicato da loro.

In pieno stile Soul System, She’s Like a Star è un brano veloce e dal chiaro sapore anni ’80, che contiene al suo interno persino un richiamo a All That She Wants, brano assegnato loro da Alvaro Soler qualche settimana fa e icona della musica dance di trent’anni fa.

“Complimenti ragazzi: ho apprezzato tantissimo il rap di Jiggy” ha esordito Fedez, spiegando che “Ho sempre visto il suo rap confrontarsi con metriche già preesistenti, ma per la prima volta stasera lo vedo libero e complimenti: hai spaccato“.

Manuel Agnelli non ha avuto dubbi nell’affermare che “Il pezzo è costruito su di voi perché lo avete fatto voi, ed è una nota di merito in più“. Il leader degli Afterhours si è poi complimentato con i Soul System per She’s Like a Star, senza paura di azzardare che “Sul palco non avete rivali“.

“Lo spettacolo è stato particolarmente bello” ha commentato Arisa: “Il pezzo è bellissimo e Luca [Tommassini] ha costruito qualcosa di bellissimo intorno a voi” ha poi continuato la cantante, unica orfana di concorrenti in questo Live Show di X Factor 10. “Sembravate proprio una roba fortissima” ha poi aggiunto, “Un programma americano, tipo Rihanna quando si esibisce, una roba bellissima“.

Alvaro Soler, coach dei Soul System, ha concluso complimentandosi con i suoi unici concorrenti in gara: “Ragazzi, sono così contento e orgoglioso, vi ho visto così uniti e sicuri di voi stessi” ha detto, sottolineando nuovamente come She’s Like a Star sia stato interamente scritto da loro (“Scrivere pezzi così non è da tutti“).
